I get this is a post asking for help, but that should really be done on the forums instead. By the way, you just need to add collisions, but this is old flash, so I don't know how that'd be done. Probably too late to say that now :p

Anyways since this is nothing but a non functional room... no stars.

Pretty much the same deal as the previous edition, but I appreciate people that work on their things before uploading, and improve from their last posts, so have an extra half star.

It seems you actually finished this later? Impossible, that's not how 2000's demos are supposed to work!

Anyways for this, it didn't really introduce any new concepts, but it was alright. The grenade "puzzle" if you want to call it that was fine, but I don't like being insulted for choosing one path first
:(

I did enjoy having to look for the code, but I totally wouldn't have found it if not for the comments because I'm a headass.

Not sure if you can get much further than 20 as all four spots spawn in at once at that point. A little unfair if you ask me.

Overall it was a nice counter strike looking game, however short, and simple. The reaction time was long enough to not get bs damage done to you in an unreasonable amount of time.

Art was pretty good, disturbing, but good. Only now did I realize that you went on to make Binding of Issac... damn okay. I've been doing all the games on the site, and have came across the start of many indie game developers careers.

Anyways, back to the game. It generally made me uncomfortable, but it as told in a couplet rhyme scheme, which gave it that extra something something. I'm not sure how the old man lived so long, but at least he was happy.

What illusion? It seems like an effect widget more than anything, but the picture kind of looks lame.

For a demo, it had some concepts that were pretty alright, like a scan feature and healing, mana, etc. But this unfortunately never went anywhere, unlike the description promised.

Having the enemy health show up, and mana costs show next to the spells would probably help.

Pretty original concept, controls were pretty simple and accurate. The whole dusting thing was cool, I wish you could do more than just that though.

Main problem was the death sound is ear shredding in comparison to the music, I need new eardrums.

It was a bunch of clips I guess. I don't really like TV either to be honest, so I can relate.

Cool, I guess.

I really liked that you absorbed powers from all the enemies you killed, and developed as you went, however this wasn't exceptional as many of the battles required little to no strategy. I think fire was the best skill overall because it did 20, then 40, over and over, but I didn't do all the math.

I'm gonna waste my time playing and reviewing all the games on Newgrounds and nobody can stop me
